Let me just say, Yasmin, Victor, Ramiro, and the whole Arlington Gold and Silver staff are the pinnacle of excellence. They are knowledgeable, respectful, and an overall joy to converse with. I came in with 3 pieces that needed some real work and they surpassed every expectation. I brought my items in Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, and was surprised at the expediency with which they handled the repairs. They may or may not have talked me into a new ring but the price was right and my overall experience has been phenomenal! Thank you, to everyone at Arlington Gold and Silver! I will definitely be back for my future jewelry needs!

Went in and asked for the value of my gold chain and unlike the other places I've been to who tried offering me almost nothing. They gave me a fair price and were upfront about the value and we made a deal within minutes. Very happy with my experience and overall they have great customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great place! I had some gold to sell and went to several different gold and silver exchanges. I was offered jokingly small amounts at other places and a friend of mine recommended I try here. So glad he directed me here! I won't go anywhere else from now on. Friendly, helpful and fair!

This place is awesome. Had a clasp on a very sentimental silver necklace replaced here about eight months ago, which unfortunately broke on me recently. I wandered back in- of course with no receipt- and the lady looked up my service call by last name on her phone app. They amazingly not only repaired my necklace while I waited but went back on with a larger clasp upon request (the eyesight ain't what it used to be.) Excellent customer service and nice job and standing by your work!
